These words/ phrases is used everyday and searched thousands of times on the internet in South Africa, America all around the world. Wikipedia only has 21 references to these phrases.
For the general use on the internet the phrases, home plans, building plans and house plans has the same meaning refered to in history as
"home blue prints of an dwelling, house, structure". Blue prints has a wide range of references from blue prints of an invention to blue prints of life,
