What do you get when you download your R10 plan?
You will receive a complete AutoCAD drawing (.dwg) of the plan you select, drawn by an SACAP registered draughtsman. The drawing will contain the plan lay-out, elevations, sections and other detail drawings required by the Local Authority of the main structure/ building.

What can I do with the plan?
You may use the plan you selected for submission purposes, or re-sell to whomever you choose.

What else do I need after I've purchased the plan?
If you are going to submit the chosen plan to the Local Authority, you will only need a site plan specific to your erf to ensure the plan is approved by the Local Authority. To be able to draw a site plan the following documentation will be required by a Draughtsman or you can get your site plan from us for only R400.
- SG diagram (obtainable from you Local Authority)
- Sewerage diagram (obtainable from you Local Authority)
- Zoning Certificate (obtainable from you Local Authority)
- Copy of your Title deed (Obtainable from deeds office/ Your bond holder
- Copy of your existing plans (Site plan specific)
What other services do you provide?
The basic services provided by us is as follow:
- Collecting of all documentation required for the site plan (PTA/ JHB/Brits/ Kungwini areas)
- Draughting of site plans
- Printing of plans
- Completion of submission documentation
- Plan submission/ Local Authority process of plan approval
- Building line encroachment applications and submissions

What must I do to make alterations to the plan?
You may contact us and discuss the changes you would like to be made on the plan. NOTE: we (and other draftsman) will only charge you for the alteration or addition to the plan you bought?
