What do you get when you download your plan?

What do you get when you download your plan?

You will receive a complete AutoCAD drawing (.dwg) or .pdf of the plan you select, drawn by an SACAP registered draughtsman. The drawing will contain the plan lay-out, elevations, sections and other detail drawings required by the Local Authority of the main structure/ building.

What can I do with the plan?

You may use the plan you selected for submission purposes.

What else do I need after I've purchased the plan?

If you are going to submit the chosen plan to the Local Authority, you will only need a site plan specific to your erf to ensure the plan is approved by the Local Authority. To be able to draw a site plan the following documentation will be required by a Draughtsman or you can get your site plan from us for only R400.

SG diagram (obtainable from you Local Authority)

Sewerage diagram (obtainable from you Local Authority)

Zoning Certificate (obtainable from you Local Authority)

Copy of your Title deed (Obtainable from deeds office/ Your bond holder

Copy of your existing plans (Site plan specific)
