KMI House Plans currently offers three different membership options to clients, intrested in varius plans from the one level house to the carport or any house planning which shoud occur KMI could assit in the re design.

Free Membership
This is our entry level membership, unfortunately no discount on the houseplans but you still get the FREE HOUSE Plan worth R750 and a R150 discount voucher. Save R900!

Elite Membership
This is our first paid membership option with a 10% discount on all the plans. You get the FREE HOUSE PLAN worth R750 and a discount of R200 on your first purchase. Save R950!

VIP Membership
This is our most popular membership. It allow our customers to download all our plans and qualify for a 25% discount on all our plans. Also included is the free download of the FREE HOUSE PLAN worth R750 and one plan of your choice in the B category worth R1500, thrown in for good measure and to help make your life easier. Save R2250!

Presidential Membership
For the lucky few, our exclusive, highest level membership. This allow our customers to download all our building plans and qualify for a 35% discount on all our plans. Also included is the free download of the FREE HOUSE PLAN worth R750 and two plans of your choice in the A, B, C or D category. Save R3750!
