Site Plans
Buying a plan or making amendments to your home means that your plans will
have to be approved by your Local Authority. In order for these plans to be
approved is a site plan needed. A site plan is the outlay of what the land
looks like. We can assist you in drawing this outlay for a minimal cost.
3D Visuals
As an optional extra can we supply you with a 3D
visual of your plan. We understand the challenges presented when creating your house plans. By
extending and propagating your house plans to 3D visuals, you can prevent huge
mishaps where your imagination went for a leap and practicality out the door. Once your house plans
realized and the house is standing, it will be much more expensive to move that front door 3 meters
left or make your hall way 30 cm wider… I can assure you, it is worth it to make sure your house
plans are exactly what you want as well as practical before the contractors even start laying the first brick.
To view your house plan in a 3D format could also spark up some new ideas, really getting the creative
juices flowing. None of us can really visualize in our minds eye what the house will look like by

Plan Submissions to Local Authority
